IO network engineers were able to make path adjustments and restore service for Phoenix to New Jersey transport customers. The upstream provider is still experiencing issues and impacted IO transport customers may still experience increased latency. We are continuing to monitor the provider issue.

IO customers are experiencing network latency and packet loss. An upstream provider has indicated a fiber cut in the New Jersey area which is impacting network traffic.
